健康小吃 - 焗翠玉瓜條 TR90 Healthy Snack-Baked Zucchini “Fries” 

不須油炸, 不用麵粉!! 愛健康又引不住口要食香脆食物?? 這個像薯條的東西就要試吓喔!! 
You won’t believe that these crispy breaded zucchini fries are good for you!! Zucchini has never been so tasty!!
They’re fries that are made with the green stuff. Zucchini. They’re baked, rather than fried. We’re eating healthy here, guys!!!



材料:(材料份量自己可加多或少)

翠玉瓜/意大利青瓜 2條 Zucchini

麵包糠 1-1/2 杯(375ml)Seasoned Bread Crumbs 

雞蛋白 1隻 (可用全蛋)Eggs white

大蒜粉 1/2湯匙 Garlic powder(我喜歡用 Johnny Garlic spread & seasoning, 超香蒜味)

巴馬乾酪 2 湯匙 Parmesan Cheese

海鹽 1/8茶匙 sea salt

黑胡椒 1/8茶匙 fresh black pepper

(1Cup=250ml)
Tsp: 茶匙,Tbsp: 湯匙)

做法:

烤箱預熱至425度。
洗淨翠玉瓜/意大利青瓜, 切條。

把雞蛋, 海鹽和黑胡椒勻合在一個碗裡攪拌均勻。

準備一個中型的自封袋 (ziplock bag) 並把麵包糠放入壓碎,再加入大蒜粉,巴馬乾酪,搖!!搖!!搖!!(Shake!! Shake!! Shake!!)




把翠玉瓜/意大利青瓜沾上蛋白,放入自封袋內搖!!搖!!搖!!(Shake!! Shake!! Shake!!)



放置在烤盤上再放入已經預熱425F的烤箱內焗 20-25分鐘。食得啦!!! 

健康小吃 - 焗翠玉瓜條 TR90 Healthy Snack-Baked Zucchini “Fries”

INGREDIENTS:

Zucchini 2
Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1-1/2 cup(375ml)
Large Eggs white 1
Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp(I like to use Johnny Garlic spread & seasoning)
Parmesan Cheese 2tbsp
Sea salt 1/8 tsp
Fresh black pepper 1/8 tsp


How to make:

Preheat oven to 425F
In a small bowl, beat egg whites and season with salt and black pepper. 
In a ziplock bag, place breadcrumbs, garlic powder and Parmesan Cheese and shake well.
Dip zucchini sticks into eggs then into bread crumb and cheese mixture, a few at a time and shake to coat.
Bake at 425F for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
